Yes we do. You can purchase directly in your resident portal through appfolio’s service, or you can get a quote from a third party like Lemonade.

Each person on the lease, and everyone over 18 years old must apply. Each application fee is $95 and is non-refundable

Once we have all of the requested information, we can typically process an application in 24-48 hours

Move in costs vary by property, but will typically include Prorated rent, prorated utility fees, resident benefit package, and security deposit. Our typical security deposit is one month’s rent, but some of our properties offer discounted deposits through a third party.
